Common Questions

1. Where is my data stored?
All your follow-ups and reminders are stored locally on your device. Notifications are generated on-device too.

2. Do you see my chat messages?
No. Pingback does not access or store your messages. Only the text you explicitly share to the app is saved locally.

3. How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to cancel or change your plan.

4. What if I delete the app?
Deleting Pingback will remove all your follow-ups and reminders from your device.
