By downloading, installing, or using Pingback (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Pingback.
  • You agree to use Pingback only for lawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for all content you create, share, or store using the App.
  • Pingback is provided for personal and business productivity use; misuse or abuse may result in suspension of access.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Pingback offers both free and paid (“Pro”) features.
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store using in-app purchases.
  • Payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed by your Apple ID account settings.
  • We do not process or store payment information directly.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Pingback, including its name, logo, and software, is the property of Nolabs Technologies Pvt Ltd.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Pingback is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We make no warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, missed follow-ups, or damages resulting from use of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nolabs Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for your subscription during the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Termination

  • You may stop using Pingback at any time by deleting the App.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website. Your continued use of Pingback after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
